Honey is a
sweet fluid produced by honey bees which is derived from the nectar of flowers. And the
thing from nectar of flowers can be the most delicious and nutrient substance
ever created in the world.
A human,
especially a woman, is like a flower, indeed. In spring and summer she blooms
and she does not need to make efforts to look attractive and beautiful since
nature works. And in winter season women loose a little bit of their beauty
since the nature sleeps and who cares of us? Sure, we ourselves. Long winter
time is a real stress for our skin and hair. Cold and windy weather make our skin
dull and dry, and it easily gets inflamed and peeled. You want to go and rush
for the expensive cosmetics making the dust fly? Wait a bit. Go to the kitchen
and you will get the staff that rejuvenates your skin as successfully as the
most effective and expensive cosmetics. Honey is the lode of vitamins and
nutrients. It is often used in cosmetology purposes since honey masks are good
for any age and any skin type. The only contraindication is allergy and enlarged
blood vessels on your face. As well as bees use their stored honey as their
source of energy in winter, we may do the same. Why not?
When making
masks we use only natural honey and add other ingredients like lemon juice, egg
yolk, glycerin, olive oil and so on. You need to cleanse your face before
applying any mask. If you want to have a prominent effect, you'd better use these
masks for a particular period, say 1-2 masks a week for a month. In two-three
months you may want to repeat the course, if and when necessary.
