Probably, only complete boldness can be worse than thin hair. At least from a woman's point of view. Some men are not concerned about their hair, its length and condition. They choose to shave their head because they like to keep their scalp smooth and shiny. Let's not criticize their appearance - it is a product of their own personal choice. Instead, let's talk to someone who cares about their hair.
A lot of people think that getting rid of hair is a crime because
the scalp loses its hair soon enough without any help. Hair becomes
thin and sparse, and less attractive. What causes hair loss? Let's see.
Hair loss is mainly men's suffering. They experience constant hair loss
under influence of male hormones. The top and front areas of the head
are the first to say good-bye to the hair. In such cases the hair
growth is not renewed. There are several options:
1. To wait till nothing is left meanwhile combing remained hairs accurately to hide bold spots;
2. To join the Hair Club for Men and become its President.
If
a man is not ready for such changes, he can consult a specialist in
hair transplantation. Hairs from the back of the head will be moved to
its front, and soon will start growing as usual.
The male
hormones surplus can cause spot boldness in women. Such cases are not
rare. Usually, women get the same procedure of hair transplantation. If
you notice the hair loss throughout the head, then special attention
should be paid to your nourishment. Restricted diet may lead to hair
loss and boldness may follow. Reconsider your menu and add foods which
are good for your hair. All vitamins B, PP, selenium, zinc, phosphorus,
magnesium and calcium are necessary for good nourishment of your hair.
You can find vitamins B in eggs, milk, broccoli, other vegetables,
rice, beans, chicken and turkey, and brewing yeasts. Vitamin PP is
found in fish, nuts, beef, and wholegrain bread. The Brazil nuts, fried
pork and lamb kidneys, tuna, and broiled lobsters contain huge amounts
of selenium. Oysters are rich in zinc. There is some zinc in wheat
bran, calf liver, and stewed beef, though less than in Brazil nuts.
Phosphorus can be found in wheat bran, processed cheese, sesame, cedar
nuts and almonds. Wheat bran (it seems to be the most beneficial
product for your hair), cashews, soybeans, and white beans are rich in
magnesium. Sesame seeds are 7 times richer in calcium than milk.
Nettle, sardines, hazelnuts, and almonds contain large amounts of
calcium. It means that one does not have to drink gallons of milk to
get a necessary amount of calcium: one can just have some nuts instead.
Hair loss is often a sign of some internal problem. Poor skin
and breaking nails can also be a signal of deteriorating health.
Usually a worsened hair condition is a response to the diseases of
thyroid, and pancreas, gynecological problems, infections and venereal
diseases. If it is the case, cosmetic treatment is not sufficient. It
is necessary to identify the underlying cause, take care of it, and
begin an additional treatment later. The hormonal unbalance (shortage
of excess of some hormones) also may cause a hair loss. It is essential
to seek professional help when dealing with this problem. The
restoration of hormonal balance should be monitored by a professional.
Women,
being more emotional and sensitive, often suffer hair loss under
stressful conditions. Stress and chronic depression are enemies to
hair. Therefore, calm down, relax, smell roses, get positive outlook on
life, add some humor - and your hair will stay with you for a long
time.
